4) Appointments, Travel, and Timing

  • By appointment: Mobile services are generally offered by appointment.

  • Travel/service area: We serve Nashville and surrounding areas; travel availability varies.

  • Arrival windows: Traffic, weather, and scheduling can affect arrival time. We will communicate delays when possible.

  • Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible.

5) Fees, Quotes, and Payment

  • Pricing is based on the information provided and may vary depending on complexity, travel distance, urgency, and the number of documents/signers.

  • Any quote is an estimate until we review the details at the appointment (or when documents are provided in advance, if applicable).

  • Payment is due as stated at booking or at time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • If you purchase a service online, you are responsible for providing accurate contact details and responding promptly to requests needed to complete the service.

6) Cancellations / No-Shows (Suggested Policy)

Our Community Help & Support is offered based on availability, capacity, and need.

Submitting an intake form does not guarantee assistance.
We may prioritize urgent situations and limited resources. Some community services may be donation-based to help sustain outreach.

By contacting us or requesting services, you agree that we may respond via phone call, SMS/text, email, or WhatsApp using the information you provide. Message/data rates may apply. You may opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
