Complementos

• Firmante adicional: +$10 cada uno

• Millaje más allá de 10 millas (solo de ida): $1.00 por milla

• Noche/Fines de semana (después de las 6 p. m. o sáb–dom): +$15

• Urgente / mismo día: +$25

Reserva y tiempos

• Pago exigible al reservar y antes de iniciar la notarización

• 10 minutos de cortesía; luego $10 por cada 15 minutos adicionales

Cancelaciones

• 24+ horas: reembolso total / sin cargo

• Mismo día: 50% de la tarifa

• Inasistencia: 100% de la tarifa (más millaje si el desplazamiento comenzó)

Requisitos

• Identificación oficial vigente con foto para todos los firmantes

• Documentos completos pero sin firmar en la cita

• Para poder notarial: comparecencia del otorgante con capacidad mental

• Si el formulario/institución exige testigos adicionales (p. ej., algunos poderes), por favor tráigalos; consúltenos si tiene dudas

What’s included

• One signing appointment (single address)

Add-ons

• Additional signer: +$10 each

• Mileage beyond 10 miles (one way): $1.00 per mile

• Evening/Weekend (after 6 PM or Sat): +$15

• Same-day / priority booking: +$25

Booking & timing

• Payment due at booking and before notarization begins

• 10-minute grace period; then $10 per additional 15 minutes

Cancellations

• 24+ hours: full refund / no charge

• Same day: 50% of service fee

• No-show: 100% of service fee (plus mileage if travel began)

Requirements

• Valid, government-issued photo ID for all signers

• Documents complete but unsigned at the appointment

• For POA: principal must appear and be mentally competent

• If your form/institution requires non-notary witnesses (e.g., some POAs), please arrange them; ask us if you’re unsure
