En Monja Blanca Notary LLC, creemos firmemente que ninguna familia debe quedarse sin protección legal solo porque enfrenta dificultades económicas, desconoce sus derechos o tiene miedo de pedir ayuda. De esa creencia nació el Fondo Comunitario Monja Blanca, una iniciativa basada en la compasión, la dignidad y el firme compromiso de estar al lado de nuestras comunidades inmigrantes e hispanas.

Creamos este fondo porque vimos el dolor y la incertidumbre de muchas familias. Vimos madres y padres sin saber cómo dejar instrucciones legales en caso de una emergencia. Vimos personas que, tras años de esfuerzo, no sabían cómo proteger lo poco o mucho que habían logrado. Vimos miedo, silencio y resignación—y decidimos hacer algo al respecto.

A través de este fondo, visitamos iglesias, hogares y centros comunitarios para ofrecer poderes notariales para menores y pertenencias y más. Todos estos servicios se brindan bajo un modelo de paga lo que puedas. Quienes pueden aportar, ayudan a que podamos seguir. Quienes no pueden, reciben exactamente el mismo servicio, con respeto y amor. Nuestro objetivo no es el dinero—es brindar tranquilidad.

Porque cuando una madre firma un documento que garantiza que sus hijos estarán protegidos si algo le sucede, o cuando alguien autoriza legalmente a un ser querido a cuidar de sus cosas, ese papel se convierte en algo más que un trámite. Se convierte en un escudo, en un acto de esperanza, es la prueba de que no están solos.

Aunque Monja Blanca Notary LLC es una empresa con fines de lucro y no una organización sin fines de lucro, este fondo representa nuestro corazón. Las contribuciones que recibimos se consideran pagos que nos permiten continuar esta labor. No son deducibles de impuestos, pero sí profundamente valiosas.

At Monja Blanca Notary LLC, we believe that no family should be left unprotected simply because they are struggling financially, uncertain of the law, or afraid to ask for help. That belief is what gave life to the Monja Blanca Community Fund—a donation-based outreach rooted in compassion, dignity, and the firm commitment to stand with our immigrant and Hispanic communities.

We created this fund because we saw what too many families were going through. We saw parents unsure of how to legally protect their children if something happened. We saw hardworking individuals with no way to secure their homes, their vehicles, or the little they’d earned through years of effort. We saw fear, silence, and hesitation—and we knew we could do something about it.

Through this fund, we visit churches, homes, and community centers to offer Power of Attorney services for minors and possessions and more. These services are provided on a pay-what-you-can basis. Families contribute what they are able, and if they cannot pay, they are still served with the same care and respect. Our goal is not profit—it is peace of mind.

Because when a mother signs a document to ensure her children are cared for if she’s ever separated from them, or when someone gives a trusted friend legal permission to protect their belongings, something powerful happens. That paper becomes more than just a notarized form—it becomes a shield, a sign that someone stood beside them when they needed it most.

While Monja Blanca Notary LLC is a for-profit business and not a nonprofit organization, this fund is how we give back. All contributions are treated as payments that help us continue serving those who need us most. They are not tax-deductible, but they are deeply impactful.
